Bonnie DeConcini ( co-owner of Sweeney Todd's)

Bonnie made her first trip to Minneapolis in 1988, where she attended an advanced training class at Horst & Friends. Less than six months later, on a whim, she packed up her Toyota Tercel, left her home town of Detroit, and moved to Minneapolis.

She ended up at the Hair Police where her yen for creative hair expression was more than realized. She was mentored in the art of hair extensions by the founder of the business, the late Sonia Peterson.

After this, Bonnie and her business partner Warren Zacher continued to hone their interpersonal, business, and hair skills at Curl Up & Dye, owned by Emily Kor, for eleven years.

Five plus years later she continues to be inspired by the talented staff and loyal clientele of Sweeney Todd's.
